If the ordered item is not in stock, sewing takes 3 to 7 days. In this situation, you will also be contacted and informed. The amount of time for sewing a belt is 3 days, for products after individual sewing (according to customer standard) - 5 days.
Delivery by CDEK. The order will be sent automatically after receipt of payment. When using EMS Russian Post delivery, please note that the actual delivery time may differ from the specified time due to circumstances such as an increase of postal traffic during the holiday season. We are not responsible for delays caused by Russian Post and we are not able to influence the delivery speed. After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking code of your parcel, which you can use to track here. Please note that the information on the EMS Russian Post website is updated with a delay of several hours.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you would like to return your order for exchange or refund, please note that we accept returns that will be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
Please make sure that the items are in their original condition and in their original packaging and that all labels are attached. We do not accept returns of damaged or worn lingerie due to hygienic reasons.
A return request must be created within 14 days after receiving your order. Any unauthorised order returned to us will be returned to sender.
We do accept a return or replace our leather products. The exchange and return right does not apply to underwear and carriers.
